Dark Mofo, like a work of art itself, speaks to different people in different ways.

It is a music, arts and cultural festival that celebrates sound, light, fire, and community. It is also a celebration of the winter solstice, with curious pagan and sometimes satanic undertones. With such a dynamic variety of art forms on display, it’s no wonder that Dark Mofo attracts people from all walks of life. Across the country and around the world, art and music enthusiasts rug up and brave Tassie’s wintry streets to explore and express their darker side.
