Join us for a relaxing and creative session where self-love takes centre stage—literally! In our February Mindful Art session, you’ll create a Heart Mirror Collage — a personalised artwork that celebrates everything wonderful about you.
Using mixed media, you’ll design a customised heart-shaped collage filled with words, colours, and images that reflect your unique qualities and the things you cherish most. At the centre of your artwork, we’ll place reflective mediums, symbolising the importance of self-reflection and the idea that love begins with seeing and appreciating yourself.
While the finished result is beautiful, this session is all about the mindful process—taking the time to pause and ask yourself, “What is it that I love about me?” It’s a chance to slow down, reflect, and infuse every step with self-compassion and appreciation, making the experience itself as meaningful as the final artwork, which will serve as a micro meditation on self love every time you see it!
This session is perfect for anyone looking to connect with themselves, tap into their creativity, or just spend a little time making something beautiful. Treat yourself to this mindful art experience and let your heart shine.
