This May, we’re slowing down and celebrating the small stuff with a mindful creative session that’s as playful as it is meaningful.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you land gently in the space, followed by time to reflect and create your own paper badges that honour the quiet victories in your day-to-day life. Whether it’s “I paused”, “Let it go”, “Drank water”, “Felt it”, “Said no”, “Told the truth” or “Did it scared”, these little moments matter, and now you can wear them with pride.
Prefer something cheeky? Try “Silly Goose” or “Bit tired”. This space is all about self-expression, no pressure, and celebrating the very human art of showing up.
No experience needed, just bring your open heart and curious mind.
We’ll provide the materials, the mindfulness prompts, and a warm space to reflect, connect and create.

Booking Policy
In-studio Public Session Booking Policy
We understand things happen and you can’t always plan in advance. That’s why we offer to re-book your session if you tell us ahead of time. Follow the link in your Booking Confirmation email should you need to re-book.
There is no fee to re-book when doing so at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. Re-booking requests made after this time attract a $20 fee, per seat. Re-bookings are processed as store credit: you’re able to book a new session straight away or plan again another time.
